What is paper tube packaging used for?
Paper tube packaging is versatile and can be used for food products, liquids, powders, cosmetics, mailing, certificates, industrial items, textiles, gifts and any other eco-friendly product packaging.
Are your paper tubes eco-friendly?
Yes, many of our paper tubes are made from recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials. We also use eco-friendly coatings and adhesives where appropriate.
We are certified FSC compliant, cementing our dedication to our planet's eco-system.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely! We offer sample requests so you can review the quality and specifications before committing to a larger order. We also offer a complete suite of bespoke production processes to help you control quality. Design. Produce. Deliver. We got it all covered.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our MOQs vary depending on the product type (bespoke or custom) an thed individual customization options. Typically, the MOQ starts at 500 pcs for private-label solutions.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What custom production options do you offer?
We offer two Private Label production options: Bespoke & Custom.
- Bespoke: Totally Unique Design.
- Custom: Predetermined Options.

Can I upload my own design or logo?
Yes! You can upload your artwork or logo during the order process. We accept most formats like AI, PDF, PNG etc.
Do you provide design assistance?
Yes, our team can assist you with design adjustments or creating a new design for your packaging.
Can I choose a specific lid type for my tubes?
Definitely! We offer various lid types, including metal, paper, plastic, windowed, and more. You can select your preferred option during customization.
Are your tubes durable enough for shipping?
Absolutely! Our postal and industrial-grade tubes are designed for strength and durability, ensuring safe transport and stackability of your products.
Are the tubes suitable for food products?
Yes, we offer food-grade materials that are safe for food packaging. Our tubes are certified ISO 22000 food safety compliant.
